Dale E. Wilson of Denver, Colorado passed away at home on September 30, 2020 after a battle with cancer surrounded by loving family. He was born to Ernest and Frances Wilson on May 27, 1954 in Denver as the oldest of 5 children.He graduated from Lincoln High School in 1972 and went on to earn an associate’s degree from Red Rocks Community College in carpentry. Building things from wood was always an interest throughout his life.Dale loved life and the great outdoors. Throughout his life he spent many summers going camping, backpacking, and fishing. But his greatest passion was astronomy. He built many of his own telescopes to view the stars and planets and loved going to the mountains to star gaze.Dale is survived by his brothers, David Wilson, Doug (Sheila) Wilson, and sisters Diane Wilson (Tony Henson), and Debra (Gerard) Guesnier; nephews Alex Guesnier, Austin (Meghan) Wilson, Loren Wilson, Aaron Wilson, Ryan Radosevich, Devin Radosevich, and niece Ashley Guesnier.Dale was preceded in death by both of his parents.
