James (Jim) C. Knapp, 62, of Denver Colorado, passed away in early November 2023.Jim was born at St. Joseph’s Hospital on January 6, 1961. Jim was a true Colorado native. Jim was the 7th of 8 children of Maurice W. and Mary Kathryn Knapp. Jim is survived by sisters Rosemary King of Surprise Arizona, Barbara Magruder of Liberty Missouri, Peggy Townsend of Bradenton Florida, Jean County of Denver Colorado, and brothers Michael Knapp of Denver Colorado and Steve Knapp of Ft. Collin’s Colorado. Jim was predeceased by brother Thomas Knapp and both parents.
Jim was a confirmed bachelor and had no children, however he was the favorite uncle of numerous nieces and nephews. Jim loved his dogs, sports,family and he had a keen sense of humor. Jim was a graduate of Louisiana State University. There will be no public services. His family will honor his memory with a private celebration of his life.
